Hi, I'm Nicole.

For over 27 years, I've shared my love of art as a public school art teacher, and for the past 12 years, I've welcomed thousands of people into my own creative community through Create with Nicole.

​

Although I'm professionally trained as an oil and mixed media artist, I've fallen in love with the quiet simplicity of watercolor and the way it invites anyone to slow down, create, and enjoy the process.

Inspired by nature, beautiful books, cozy afternoons, and the charm of handmade things, I design workshops, watercolor kits, and creative gatherings that help people reconnect with their creativity—whether they're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or returning to a hobby they once loved.

When I'm not teaching or painting, you'll usually find me reading, fishing in the Adirondacks, spending time with my family, or dreaming up the next collection of botanical bookmark kits and watercolor projects.
