Celebrate the beauty of late summer with this relaxing beginner watercolor class! In this step-by-step workshop, you'll paint a bright and cheerful sunflower while learning simple watercolor techniques in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
Your watercolor paper will be lightly pre-sketched, so there's no drawing required. We'll focus on painting, blending color, creating soft watercolor washes, and adding loose, expressive details that make your artwork uniquely yours.
Whether you've never picked up a paintbrush or you're looking for a creative evening out, this class is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and leave with a painting you'll be proud to display.

ADK Creative Works is the biz name, and located in Studio G07 at the Shirt Factory. 19 Cooper St., park in the lot with the big owl painted on the building, enter the door under the tree by the bandstand. Go down six steps and you’re there. There’s handicap access if someone needs it but they need to let you know ahead of time so we can meet them at the elevator.
